Project Rise is one of the initiatives under Reachout which aims to deliver basic primary education in English. Project Rise draws inspiration from the importance of Education.
By educating impressionable young minds, Reachout has taken up the greater task of influencing young minds, molding them in a way that they become upright, honest and enlightened individuals and thus shaping their future: the promise of a better tomorrow. We employ certain well researched and tested teaching methods with zero dependence on class tests or exams. This Initiative also seeks to employ a unique model of teaching with partnerships from both public and private entities. This initiative has been a great success and has impacted about 500 children for over 3 years.
As a part of this project, Reachout, has adopted two government schools in Yerawada, John Paul Homeless Shelter and has also associated with Sounds of Silence to spread education amongst the students who are speech and hearing impaired.
